I promised to post some of the recipes from my Pampered Chef party this last weekend, so here is recipe number 1. Anything that calls for cream cheese and pesto is most likely going to be a favorite in my book!
Warm Italiano Spread
1 - 8 oz package of cream cheese
1/4 cup pesto
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup shredded Italian five cheese blend
crackers of your choice
Place unwrapped cream cheese on a foil wrapped baking pan. Top with pesto, chopped tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes, or until shredded cheese is melted and cream cheese is softened, but still holding its shape.
So easy and SO DELICIOUS! I promise you won't be dissapointed ;)... Enjoy!
